Founded by a Georgia native raised just outside of Athens, our design philosophy is deeply influenced by an early connection to both built and natural environments. This perspective shaped a lasting curiosity for how space impacts wellness, behavior, and everyday living. With people spending over 90% of their time indoors, we approach design as an essential investment—not a luxury reserved for a select few.
Our foundation is built on hands-on industry experience. Early work in the field alongside contractors and project teams provided a clear understanding of how spaces are constructed, not just imagined. With roots in engineering-minded thinking, we prioritize strong foundations, clear documentation, and thoughtful coordination—ensuring every design translates seamlessly from concept to completion.
Our team brings advanced expertise in technical documentation and contract administration, supported by proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Cloud, rendering software, and BIM360 collaboration. This technical fluency allows us to operate confidently across residential large or small, multifamily, and commercial projects with clarity and precision.
