INTERIOR FINISH PRESENTATIONS

Once Space plans have been approved, selecting what goes on each surface is the next step. Being able to access the entire space and the focal point you want to create can all be accomplish during this stage if it is done right.

BUDGETING

Depending on the client and/or economy, budgeting and estimates can go hand in hand. Whether the client is giving us the number to work within or we are creating an estimated cost base on the space and furniture taste of the client.

CONCEPTUAL RENDERINGS

Sometime clients are hesitant on how certain design elements will function together within a space. Additional design tools such as perspectives and color rendering given them the opportunity to see a space before fabrication and adjust certain elements as they see fit.
